Data controller
Synaps is responsible for the data handled through this site. For any question: contact@gosynaps.com.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies: no analytics, no advertising, no social widgets. That is why there is no consent banner.
What the site handles
Technical logs: like any website, our host records connections (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) to keep the service secure and running.
Campaign parameters: if you arrive through a campaign link, its parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign…) are kept in your browser’s session storage for the visit, so a booking can be tied to that campaign. They are gone when the tab closes and only leave your browser if you book a call.
Booking a call
The booking buttons open a Cal.com calendar. What you enter there (name, email address, company, message) is used to organise the call and to follow up on it. Cal.com also applies its own terms on its pages.
Legal bases
Our legitimate interest, for technical logs and campaign tracking. Steps taken at your request before a contract, for booking a call and the conversations that follow.
Retention
Technical logs are kept for the limited period set by the host. Data about a booking and our conversations is kept for at most three years after the last contact.
Recipients and transfers
Your data is only available to the Synaps team and its technical providers (hosting, booking). It is never sold. When a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted or ported, by writing to contact@gosynaps.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
